The mission of DC Computer Service is to establish relationships on an individual level. While servicing companies and corporate entities is the backbone of our organization, we find the individual within the corporation to be the most productive point of focus. In the world of computers and technology, businesses rely mainly on output and storage. The main source of input is the individual user so if there is trouble between the user and the computer; the source as well as the result become compromised. It is of the utmost necessity to have a correctly and capably functioning computer and a knowledgeable user, but interference between the two becomes more likely as hardware and software advance. There is a middle ground that must be present to insure optimal interaction and thus optimal productivity. The mainstay of our individualistic approach to computing is to develop and enhance the relationship between the individual and their computer in order to create an environment of 100% productivity. Our successes are measured only by the cultivation of these relationships and the ability for the user and computer to functionally interact in order to reach the desired end.
